As Tunisian
and Egyptian presidents Beji Caid Essebsi and Abdelfattah Essisi were meeting
inside the residence of one the leaders in the Ethiopian capital Addis Ababa,
their presidential guards were quarreling outside, Tunisian radio Mosaique FM
and France 24 Arabic report.
The two
leaders took the opportunity of their participation in the 24th
African Union Summit to meet together. The meeting lasted almost 20 minutes.
Tawfik
Mjaid, a Tunisian journalist in France 24, said that the quarrels started as
the Egyptian presidential guard prevented Tunisian journalists and Essbesi
bodyguards from joining him inside. No further details were revealed.
